Pride Art, formerly Skeive Kunstnere, was founded on 22 June 2020 as a separate, independent organization after having been a subgroup in the association Fri Oslo Viken since 2007. After a pilot project with a merger with Oslo Pride As in 2018 and 2019, the members agreed that Pride Art must be independent and independent in order for the group to retain its unique values and traditions and to give art the possible conditions for being free and representing a wide diversity. Pride Art shall not belong to a single organization or be governed by political, populist, academic or commercial conditions or interests.
